Chinese restaurant

No issues with the food, really nice and tasty, could be a bit hotter though! That’s probably down to having our delivery time (through just eat) extended from 1 hour to 1.5 hours, then after being promised it was on its way (later admitted it hadn’t left the shop), 2 more calls to ask where the food was, an argument because they wanted to just tell us it had left the shop but we wanted to actually know where our food was and what time we would be getting it and finally a returned call from the lost driver (we live literally 5 min away), we had warm food after 2 hours and 10 min! Real shame as the food was good, but the customer service and delivery drivers need to sort themselves out.

First time using this take away. Was not disappointed. Will definitely go again

ordered food over phone which was about 15 pound then girl on phone says cash only under 20 pound bit steep I thought so if you got no cash and coop cash machine not working no Chinese shan't be using again shame food was getting much better there

This is the second time we’ve ordered and received the wrong order, I even checked with them to ensure food was right, they agreed and basically didn’t want to deal with us, I now realise I should’ve checked the inside of the bag, though when the staff says the order is right you tend to want to believe them and not come across as cheeky by checking it and holding everybody up. Poor customer service, very disappointing. Purely chaotic place who don’t care about quality of food nor customer service.

Always been fantastic food and now it has been taken over by new management, it’s great to see the same standard of food. The staff were fantastic! Friendly and attentive

Picked my takeaway last night. I had ordered crispy chilli chicken, special fried rice and a portion of prawn crackers.I started with a couple of prawn crackers. Instead of being crispy they were all soft and the were bendy . The next thing I tried was the crispy chilli chicken.Again the chicken was not crispy and the said chicken inside was so chewy I spat it out.It was a complete waste of money and I will not going back. I have been using the China city for many years and I must admit is has gradually going down hill for sometime.Please note the special fried rice was absolutely lovely.

First time trying out this place, great service and delicious food! We'll be back again :)

I asked for boiled rice got fried rice, chips were like rubber like it was lastnights chips and curry sauce was salty. Went in the bin, was rotten. Won't be back

Best chinese around, we have been going there for years! It's always busy which showa how popular the place is. If you have delivery we always get told up to an hour and a half but it's usually with us within half an hour to 45 mins
