I visited on one of their open days and really enjoyed the experience. The owners and staff are passionate about animals and dedicated to educating the community about what we can do to ensure a future for them. I throughly recommend a visit. It’s a great experience for everyone, both young and old.

Had a 10% off offer through train tickets which they didn't know about, we paid full and went on to enjoy our visit when the manager came and found us to refund what we could've got off with the offer as they hadn't known the offer had already started. 10/10 for customer service and a lovely time had seeing all the cute animals and had a nice meal in the cafe which was very quick and polite service ❤️ will be back again next summer.

All the animals are lovely but special shout out to Rebel the Raven! Lots to see and learn about, and the volunteers are all so friendly. Only cost us £5 each and honestly its well worth the money. Will be visiting again!

Came across this beautiful place while at our stay at Haven a few minutes away. We came at 7pm so was unable to go around the little zoo they have, however, what a lovely pub, food was absolutely amazing, very generous portions!! And great value for money! Lovely friendly staff, beautiful roaring log burner which made it very comfortable. The only thing I would say was that it could have done with slightly more light, it was quite dark to eat our food but that’s the only slight nag I have. 100% would return, it was £85 for 5 of us with main course and alcoholic drinks. Absolute bargain for absolutely gorgeous food!!! Unfortunately I didn’t take any pics of food! Looked too yummy to stop and take pics! :)

We always love visiting Shaldon Wildlife Trust and talking to the fantastic knowledgeable and passionate staff. The enclosures have been developed and the use of space, allowing for suitable sizes available for the animals, with clearly effective enrichment visible all around. Orson the binturong was majestic, and all staff we spoke to were lovely, with a shout out to Jo on the front desk and shop! :)We cannot visit Teignmouth or Shaldon WITHOUT visiting the zoo. We look forward to coming again!Thank you.

I went with my brother and we both loved it!A lovely variety of different animals and the staff were lovely too.We enjoyed our walk around very much!

It's a very nice experience to get familiar with rare species of animals for both children and adults. Worth visiting it.

Excellent visit to the birds of prey centre at Helmsley.Staff are so knowledgeable & genuinely care for the birds & there welfare. The displays are well worth seeing, nice grounds to walk around also, good cafe with reasonable prices & fab homemade cakes.
