Unfortunately whilst doing a drains survey on our estate the tanker damaged our drive, the professionalism of Lanes in responding to my concern was tremendous. No backing out, no blaming someone else just accepted it and got on and fixed it in good time.Thank you.

Very poor service - Constant excuses for why they cannot attend - From Covid to stomach ulcers of engineers which means appointments cancelled at short notice and without explanation other than Covid". Head office escalation results in no acknowledgement. Insisted on sending a two man team for some reason as wellHad a better experience with local drainage company who cleared the blockage with one man quickly and with a smile"
