Basic Metro station, plenty of parking, free on Sundays, but full of litter and looks messy

Great little station with access to the Northern Line, which isn’t published but just on the right as you enter.

Westminster
One of the busiest places in London and rightfully so . It is the hub on the way to Big Ben , London Eye , Dungeon and other worth visiting places . It really starts to shine by the evening when all the lights lit up .

A nice little Victorian era station on the Metro line. Reasonably clean. Unmanned but has a telephone for customer services.

Lambeth North
(Info Below is from Wikipedia)Lambeth North is a London Underground station in the neighbourhood of Lambeth, at the junction of Westminster Bridge Road and Baylis Road. It is on the Bakerloo line, between Elephant & Castle and Waterloo, and is in Travelcard Zone 1. It is located at 110 Westminster Bridge Road, and is the nearest tube station to the Imperial War Museum. It closed for maintenance works in July 2016, and reopened in February 2017. As of 2015 it is the least-used Underground station in Zone 1.Designed by Leslie Green, the station was opened by the Baker Street & Waterloo Railway on 10 March 1906, with the name Kennington Road. It served as the temporary southern terminus of the line until 5 August 1906, when Elephant & Castle station was opened. The station's name was changed to Westminster Bridge Road in July 1906 and it was again renamed, to Lambeth North, in April 1917.At 03:56 on 16 January 1941, a German Satan" 1800 kg general-purpose bomb hit a hostel at nearby 92 Westminster Bridge Road. The shock wave severely damaged the southbound platform tunnel injuring 28 people sheltering there

A station for London Underground Limited & locals but it is the tourists that rule here! From around the UK and from all over the world people find themselves passing through this station on the way to some sightseeing in London South West One.I thought I would show some love (see photo) to my local underground station that lies at the base of this listed building.

The interchange for connecting with my local buses. From here, I can travel to the airport, out to the coast or south to Sunderland. I have deducted one star because it is cold in the winter. ⛄

Only just an underground station as at the line from Newcastle City centre heads out into the open here and consequently there is a fair amount of natural light, which as the platforms face each other makes it a comparatively pleasant place to wait for a train, even if it lacks the character and charm of the original overground station. Generally not that busy except at either end of the school day when it is extremely popular with young commuters. Parking space nearby very limited.
