Perfect as usual, very organised and handled with care and respect. Carried out the service timely and efficiently, made me well informed about the checks and anything the car needed. Tracey and the team were really kind and helpful. Courtesy car was great and my car was returned cleaned up inside outside. Been quoted reasonably for the work considering it is original parts and done by the dealership. It makes me say with a smile on my face: “I am a proud owner of my Dacia Sandero from such a great dealership”, keep it up!

I purchased a new Renault Clio self charging hybrid last Friday at Wilson’s. I was looked after by Tom who was so helpful and answered all my questions. Purchased a car from Jonathon Tsang at the beginning of this week. Definitely recommend him to anyone shopping here, he was patient and considerate with me especially as I needed a few days to think over my decision and explained if I put down a reservation deposit it would hold the car I was considering to purchase. After taking the weekend and with the help of my dad who also went to see the car, Jonathon listened and responded to every question/query we had with ease and in a professional manner. Better yet I was never made to feel pressured in my decision which was a big thing for me as I have heard the horror stories of the Car Sales people out there. At the hand over, while Jonathon dealt with the paper work side of things, he had organised one of his colleagues (don’t remember his name) to show me what all the buttons do inside the vehicle. The full experience from start to end was delightful including a follow up contact within 48 hours to see how I was getting on.If I know anyone looking for a Renault I 100% will be sending them here.

The salesman Brian McGhee was just fantastic ,, always let me know what was happening with the car and then when I got it he sat with me explaining all the things within the car ,, I would definitely recommend Brian he is just amazing

I never give 5* but I felt I had to because I went in to pick up a wing mirror for my 7yr Renault car and met Thomas Brown who asked if he could help whilst I was looking at a Clio on the forecourt. He was not pushy but very informative he looked over my car and gave me a good price against the 1 year old one I had seen. I had never had finance before but he made it so easy and I left owning a beautiful car. He was a real gentleman in fact all his colleagues were very pleasant and very smartly dressed. He made sure I even got a credit for the wing mirror I had ordered for my old car. I bought my previous car from there and really glad I went back. Many thanks

We picked up our new Dacia Duster from Glynn Hopkins Colchester on Saturday. And I would like to say that firstly we are very pleased with the car. Secondly I would like to thank the salesman Liam for his excellent customer service. We were kept fully informed during the delivery process. And Liam made us feel extra special on the day of collection with a few extra touches. This is the third new Dacia we have purchased from Glynn Hopkins and I would recommend them both for the customer service and after sales service.

Went to pick my new Clio on Tuesday there. Graeme got us a fantastic deal. Johnathan did the handover with us, he helped us to push through the handovers earlier as we requested. The guys here are so nice and friendly. Highly recommend it if you ever need to purchase either a new car or a second hand one. Thumbs up.
