I have shopped with ARL a few times now, I mainly go in store however I had the item delivered this time. At first the item was out of stock but they notified me when it was back in stock and the item was dispatched the same day I purchased. Absolutley amazing staff and they are all so friendly.Great quality items and speedy delivery too! Got another order in and will keep coming back!

Jazmine was absolutely amazing! I'm normally very awkward with new people and she made me feel very comfortable, constantly checked if I was okay during my tattoos. Would 100% recommend, and will be visiting again!

I visited here on Monday and bought my very first dreamcatcher! It worked better than I expected. I didn't think anything could stop my nightmares. But this did! Thanks so much to Kev for explaining about dreamcatchers to me. 10/10 would recommend the store to anyone I meet!

A beautiful little shop in st Annes full of treats you dont know you need until you visit. Have bought some wonderful crystals/smudging gift sets online. Can't wait until they open again next week.

I am writing this on behalf of my wife. She bought two tops and a mug. They were described as one size fits all. This is unfortunately not the case. She could only try the tops on when she got home they did not fit. To small. She tried to return the items to the store, were she was surprised to find that the store's return policy is credit note or exchanges only. She requested her money back ( put back on her card) this the store refused to do. She pointed out that there should have been a sign next to the till that was clear to read by all customers. The sign is on a wall but behind two display stands. Not obvious at all. When this was pointed out to the sales person the reply was its been their for seven years as long as she has been employed there, not helpfull when it was my wife's first visit to the store. When asked if it would be useful if a fitting room could be provided to eleviate the need to be only able to try things on when you get home she was told she could have gone to the public toilet to try them on,but she would have to pay first. This begs the question if she returned them straight away and she had paid by card and they had this no cash refunds how would they have given her the money back?Anyone who shops at this store be aware of the returns policy. I am going to contact trading standards to see if they can help. It is not the money £47 although as a pensioner it's enough but there's a principle here. By all means if you have a returns policy like this warn your customers of it. So they can make a considered decision whether to purchase or not. Not when they receive the till receipt

Really lovely shop , good selection of sage and crystals. Red, blue and rainbow sage as well as white, also have palo santo. Very friendly staff :)

Placed an order on a working day Thursday and paid £8.99 for delivery to be delivered between 1-2 working days and it’s been a week no delivery, no reply to phone calls, no reply to emails.This is worst management for good quality clothes. Will never order from here anymore.Order number - J50868I will definitely ask for a refund and iam sure it will be a struggle with returns at my cost.
