He made a mess of it. I sacked him and I knew it wasn’t easy to find someone to take over.Erik came along, assessed the project, never tried to take advantage and started working hard changing plans as he went along to accommodate various problems.Erik’s workmanship and attention to detail are second to none. He worked long hours, 6 days a week in difficult weather.He always made suggestions to change plans as the work required to excellent effect.He was always pleasant and easy to work with.
