Extremely quick service and one of the best haircuts I had in a long time. Rio was so kind and made me feel like I was a customer there for many years prior. Great service once again and worth much more than 5 stars.

Would not go back and do not recommend. It was not what I asked for and is uneven at the front. The layers are nice but the front makes me want to cry. Please see photos for my uneven front. The salon was not very clean and just overall bad atmosphere. I have been to Gusto’s branch in Covent Garden which is 1000x nicer, better stylists and friendlier. I cannot believe the difference is quality.

I have been going to Natasha for a few years now and she is absolutely amazing at doing various styles to my hair!! She is very knowledgeable about hair and has helped me transition from relaxer to natural hair . If you are looking for a great hairdresser, she’s your lady!!

I won't go anywhere else now...they always sort my hair perfectly even when I'm unsure about what I want! Very affordable for a cut and wash too.

My partner recently recommended and booked me in for a colour and shape consultation with Elise. I was really nervous leading up to the appointment but Elise was incredibly kind and lovely and it didn’t take me long to feel much more comfortable. Elise really took the time to answer all the questions I had and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I’m really looking forward to working with Elise more in the future and really implementing the tips and guidance I received as a result of my consultation into my wardrobe!
