Spa garden

Today I visited The Treatment Rooms for a pregnancy spa day. From start to finish I felt so welcome and comfortable, the ladies were wonderful. I met Heather, Grace & Imogen who were all really lovely and very professional. When booking this spa day, they made my package bespoke by altering my treatments to be pregnancy friendly and also altered the lunch menu so that it removed anything not suitable for pregnancy. This came in an afternoon tea style box and was very tasty! Baby very much enjoyed it! Haha! It was very nice to spend time relaxing in the Garden Retreat room in between treatments, and afterwards just before going home.I had the Garden Retreat room all to myself which was beautiful and very relaxing. I was checked on several times which made me feel very safe and reassured, I was also topped up with plenty to refreshments.It was a very warm day today, so we didn’t have the log burner on, but I can imagine how snug that room would’ve felt in the winter time.It was really lovely to see other clients feeling really welcomed and at home there too during my visit.My Shellac manicure and pedicure treatments were 10/10! I love the colour, I also love the glitter combination on my toes :) I have to lift my feet up to see them though! Haha! But at least I know they’re pretty now!The most relaxing part of today was my pregnancy massage….I genuinely felt like I was floating by the end of the session. Imogen took great care of me and Bump. The massage included a seated back massage (so that no harm to bump is caused) then onto the massage table to have legs, arms, shoulders and neck done. This session also included a wonderful facial and mini head massage.I can’t thank the team enough for a really special day for me to enjoy my pregnancy. It was a wonderful day for me to relax and literally have the weight lifted from me.Thank you, ladies. I hope to see you again soon!Chloe & Bump x

Lovely place. The spa is excellent. We came for a half day with afternoon tea. The vegan options were quite poor. I had the same sandwiches 4 times for the afternoon tea! They need some imagination in the vegan choices.

Hands down the best Hopi treatment I’ve ever received. Thank you so much Charley. Really professional, friendly & patient throughout my treatment today. You had a lovely & calming persona which with this type of holistic therapy went hand in hand! Thank you for taking your time to explain the products used too & afterwards with the skincare products. Really happy with my purchase. I’ve booked in again for this treatment as a promise to look after my well-being more. The difference I feel after just the one appointment, couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic service, highly recommended.Good communication from the initial booking to the collection.Booked a hottub package for my daughters 9th birthday and all the girls had a great time.Will be defo booking again see you again soon.

Gintara was a pleasure to work with from the start. He was very helpful on the phone whilst discussing my purchase of a hot tub. I was worried about access and delivery to my garden. He was careful to ensure this would be possible. He delivered the sauna with his team earlier than expected and they were polite, efficient and did a great job. We are extremely happy with the entire experience and importantly with our hot tub which is great quality and a lovely addition to our garden. Thank you to Gintara and your team for everything!

We went to use the spa facilities only, which were super well maintained and the outdoor pool is to die for. Great atmosphere and attentive staff. Highly recommend and definitely would return for the heated outdoor pool.The treatments were average, had to keep asking for a deeper pressure to be provided during the body massage.

Gintaras' Garden Sauna work was top-class from start to finish! He won my sauna bid (I had of course looked at various companies) by being really friendly and helpful during our many phone call discussions and whatsapp messages giving advice and answering all my questions. During the roughly 2 months waiting time he kept me updated with progress and helped answering more questions about the electricity requirements and the base preparations. He then was spot on in delivering the sauna and installed it promptly within only one day arriving on the dot of the agreed time in the early morning. The sauna now looks absolutely stunning - probably even better than ever imagined. I can't yet comment on the usage of it as I still have to wait for my electrician to connect everything up but I can't wait. I highly recommend you to use Gintaras and Garden sauna and would give him 5 star plus if possible!

I consulted Laura Anstiss from Oakmore Green Design to design my three separate outdoor spaces. Laura listened knowledgeably to my needs with sensitivity before presenting a design. I now have three wonderful outdoor living areas all subtly linked. They give the important functionality and whow factor.I could not achieved this without Laura’s patience, flare, holistic approach and vision; I would highly recommend this company to take a dream through to reality.

Brilliant service and support. We bought our first hot tub (Master Spa) from here and we weren't oversold a more expensive one. Nick told us the one we chose would be a perfect starter. Great installation and support/after care.I cannot recommend Southdown Spas enough. Very personal sales team who catered for our needs, not their own

Hired the party tub from Splash for my little girls 7th birthday. Fantastic service from start to finish and would definitely recommend to everyone. Hot tub was lovely and clean, and the guys explained everything we needed to know about how to use it and keep it clean. It was a huge hit with my daughter and her friends and really made her 7th birthday. Thanks guys!
