Just want to thank the staff at PMT Newcastle especially Lewis. I bought a Taylor 314 last year which developed a slight problem. The staff were very helpful and eventually we sent it back to the Taylor factory in the Netherlands.On receiving the guitar back I was a bit paranoid about the sound problem returning. The staff at PMT Newcastle were again great. They spent over an hour with me while I and them played my guitar through a similar Pa to mine to make sure I was totally happy with the sound of the guitars and at the same time giving me a tutorial on my new t4s which I’d purchased there 2 weeks earlier.If you want excellent after service then I’d strongly recommend the staff at PMT Newcastle and also Taylor Guitars.

Great custom drum shop with everything you need. Also does custom finishes, touch ups, colour matching for drums etc. Will be heading back there in the near future to pick up some more gear. Support local

Had good experiences a few years ago, but Sunday obviously isn't the day to go. Only saw two staff and despite standing around waiting for 25 mins had no luck getting any service. Shame, was there to buy.

I have spent a lot of money at PMT, but recently made a mistake purchasing an item because of misleading information, and they wouldn't refund me when I came back to return it. They didn't even listen to me. They gave me a gift card instead to use at their store. This is the last time I'm ever buying anything from PMT.

Stellar service!I ordered a Roland Go piano, clicking on the link for free next day (Friday) delivery. As I was seconds late from receiving the offer, instead of me having to wait til Monday, they did the good deed of cancelling the order and resending it for a Saturday arrival in which the piano arrived very promptly.I can't recommend this supplier highly enough, especially as Stuart was really patient in understanding my initial confusion and explaining what was happening! Stellar service, will definitely be using again

I'm so happy with the service Drum-Plan provided. Mark was very helpful, professional and responded quickly to my queries.I hired a drum kit and cymbals for 1 week for a wedding and was really happy with the quality of the kit. It sounded great and I had lots of comments from the Sound Technician on how good the kit sounded.I would definitely recommend Drum-Plan to anyone looking for drum kit hire and I will definitely be calling on Drum-Plan should I need to hire again.

I don't visit very often but when I do, it is a very pleasant experience. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I only buy guitar accessories from this shop and the prices are always competitive.
