chore from start to finish.. like they are giving you their own money (which they are not)... girl server wouldn't serve me, so i had to wait... she seems to think counting stuff is more important than her customers. they dont accept euro coins under 1 or 2 euros, cent coins... so i am stuck with useless cent coins i cant use. rate for US dollars looks too low.. not sure about cent thing... could be trades description, since they are advertising as a Bureau de change"

The manager at this branch is shocking has no respect for public at all very rude didn’t want to help with anything just stood there and told me to do it my self whilst having a big grin on his face when questioned about not helping got threatened to have my account closed if I don’t hurry up and leave all for asking a question it has been reported avoid using this branch

So what a bunch of unprofessional cowboys. I asked is this approved before I come through. Answer YES quite clearly and then when I get there and treated like a child. Why do you spend so much on shopping. Erm what’s that got to do with the application. Then they say no and told my the so call manager I don’t believe you. Don’t go near them complete waste of time
