Dive shop

Dared to park outside this shop a couple of days ago, I made sure not to park blocking the front of the shop as I am considerate like that. I was parked legitimately with my disabled badge clearly showing and was greeted with a most rude 'gentleman' coming out of the shop who started to rant at me about, including calling me names and asking me you're not going to dump that there are you?". He claimed to be working at the shop and refused to tell me if he was the owner or not but he claimed he would not be able to get ladders into the shop or through the alleyway to the side of the shop. I felt very afraid and moved my car. He was lucky I did not get the police involved as no one should be treated like this whilst going about their business."

Undertook a course with Jason which was excellent so had in mind to visit their shop to get a face mask. Excellent service, great range of masks. Good advice on choices and no pressure selling. Really nice experience and great masks sourced for us both. Thank you very much.

These guys are just fantastic and the service they provide is exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly, relaxed and have a very clear wealth of knowledge/experience behind them; perfect for seeing me through the Rescue Diver course. They covered all the questions I had without the feeling of being rushed; great for building confidence. I would definitely recommend the centre to anyone thinking about starting diving or those looking to move up the experience ladder. PS: The kit they provide is also second to none, definitely a perk for those just starting off!

I recently completed my BSAC CCR Diver course with Colin on the Poseidon Se7en. I found Colin to be a great instructor - really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional as well as being fun to go diving with!Both the 'classroom' and the in-water parts of the course were really enjoyable in large part due to Colin's encouraging approach to instructing. There's a lot to take in but we got it done at what felt to be the right pace with things being well explained and demonstrated clearly. Colin had a keen focus on the development of in-water skills rather than just 'box ticking' the course requirements.Very happy to recommend Colin and his training, I'll certainly be coming back to him in the future.

Gary charged me £45 for the battery replacement of a Cressi Leonardo computer, and took him a week to do the job. Incompetent, unfriendly and a total ripoff. Do not recommend this shop and won’t visit again. Luckily there’s another diving shop in Basildon with excellent customer service and reasonable prices, Nutty’s. Recommend to use the latter instead.

Feels odd giving Wraysbury 5 stars, but it's local to me and the water was quite warm. Even got to see some large carp. It's competitively priced and well organised
