RETURNED FROM HOLS 16/7/12, USING KARL PARKING. WE'LL ORGANIZED, PITY ABOUT THE DRIVER WHO COLLECTED US ! A GUY WHO HAD THE PERSONALITY OF A TRAFFIC CONE, WAS FURIOUS THAT NOBODY ON THE RETURN BUS KNEW WHICH LANE THEY WE'RE PARKED IN ( AS NOBODY ON THE BUS HAD BEEN ADVISED WE NEEDED IT ON DEPARTURE). NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS PARTICULAR DRIVER HAD SHOWED A BAD ATTITUDE (HE COLLECTED US LAST YEAR ALSO, SAME ATTITUDE). UNFORTUNATELY WE'LL NOT BE USING KARL AGAIN, THE GUYS A LIABILITY.

Highly recommended! Park up, keep your keys, walk 100 yards to the airport door, super nice people to deal when we had flight delays, prompt communication via email, and half the price of the other parking. What's not to like?! Will definitley be using again..and again. Thank you.

Free for up to 30 minutes which you'd fi d rarely at an airport. Quite easy to get to and is indeed very close to the terminal itself. NQY is a tiny airport, so you don't need to arrive hours before your flight.

The most horrendous experience I have ever had with a airport parking company, wish I had never booked with them, when I called customer services with a query I was met with a lovely lady who thought it was okay to shout down the phone at me, please AVOID AVOID AVOID...the problem could have been sorted so easily but she refused and tried to get another £15 out of me. Please do not use this company are cowboys...pay more and book official airport parking

Arrived and turned away as they were closing the car park in a couple of days. Sent to Car Park 1 Blue Circle Meet and Greet. Not impressed! On arrival back at 2am phoned and told collection would be an hour and to keep warm in the terminal for about 50 mins before going to collect the car. Duly waited the hour and went to the car park. Then had to wait a further hour for our car to arrive! Not impressed!! I complained about the service to Holiday Extras and got an immediate apology and refund. However, we still await a response from Airparks. Whilst waiting we watched another operator up their collecting delivering cars and luckily we weren't with them as there was a lot of tyres squealing as the cars went round corners, just like on a race track!!

Excellent service. Helped us out a lot when our flight back to London city was cancelled at short notice.

I'm using that car park everytime. Always I can find free space and is close to the airport. The price is good.
